Kelly Bay-Meyer, Ph.D, Chief Operations Officer – Degrees of ChangeKelly Bay-Meyer
Trained as a political scientist focused on education politics and empowerment, Kelly earned her Ph.D. from Brown University and returned home to WA to serve her local community. She taught courses in research methods and social justice at Seattle University before serving as senior research and evaluation officer at the College Success Foundation. Kelly has over ten years’ experience in research and evaluation within the college and career success field. She is passionate about centering equity and leveraging data and technology to drive operational strategy and improve outcomes for our students and communities.

With a passion for bringing customer-focused software solutions from inception to success, Jake leads the GuidEd Insight software product. Along with a history of agile software development, he brings balanced technology and mission-focused experience to the organization. Jake holds a Master of Science in Management and PMP (Project Management Professional), ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.
